Artist: David Hill. 11 by 11-inch Acrylic on canvas stretched wood panel titled, Sphinx. The top of a tube (with the cap on) rests of a bed of purple yarn. The tube has been cut and emptied, with eyes and a smiling mouth cut out of the tube. The perspective allows light to shine through the tube surface and reflect on the inside of the tube.
